Менторство в мой последний год бакалавра стало крайне полезным ресурсом для выстраивания дальнейшей карьеры. До Exponential у меня не было достаточно знаний по тому, как нужно готовиться к интервью на технические вакансии и на чем надо акцентироваться. Благодаря программе я научилась решать задачи уровней medium и hard на leetcode, выстраивать и проговаривать логику решения, составлять краткий, но информативный CV, и узнала, что ожидается от кандидатов на поведенческом интервью. Кроме всего этого, благодаря поддержке и вере ментора, я поборола страх подачи в компании FAANG. Основной прогресс, конечно же, зависел от собственных усилий, но менторство поспособствовало держаться цели и придало чувство командной работы над нею.

Разобраться в процессе подач на стажировки и подготовки к собеседованиям - задача довольно сложная, но когда есть личный ментор, готовый в любой момент ответить на все волнующие тебя вопросы, помочь и поддержать, то она уже не кажется столь непосильной. Для меня менторство - один из главных плюсов программы Exponential.

The program really helps you to get from level zero to offer level. There are like millions of lifehacks along the way that you can learn from mentors and participants. I really like this experience sharing, because otherwise you would have to learn them on your own in several years. In addition, mentors are great to identify your weaknesses and help you to work on them! They also keep you safe from rabbit holes(aka topics you dont need).

Exponential helped me speed up the process of getting my dream internship so that I could only focus on the key things for each company. Also, the mentors were always willing to help and answer any question.

До программы я слышала много советов и разных выступлений о том, как подаваться на стажировки. Но советы это одно, а совсем другое когда есть человек, который помогает везде и направляет. К тому же процесс подготовки проходит в прекрасном коммьюнити людей.

Exponential program was a great experience and community too. Mentors are there to help and believes in you. They always share best insights and advice for you to pass the interview process. I also met like-minded and aspiring people there! We prepared for interviews with other girls and helped each other to get better.

I am very grateful to be a part of the Exponential program. Before joining the program, the process of getting an internship seemed very complicated and confusing: I didn’t know where to start and what to do. But under the supervision of mentors, it became straightforward. Following the plan constructed for me by my mentor, I didn't even notice how I got my dream offer.
